Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Confirmation

A service request is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Certain services may require advance payment before commencement.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be communicated via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Cancellations made before work has started may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative deductions.
• Once work has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
• Services that are partially completed will be billed proportionally.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after internal review and approval.
• Refund amounts depend on the stage of service completion and materials already procured.
• No refunds are applicable for services already completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Completed fencing or compound wall work
• One-time cleaning services already delivered
• Inspection or documentation services already performed
• Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

5. Service Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule services must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability. Mana LandCare reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

Mana LandCare shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised date.
